Hcg rising slowly?

Got my blood taken Monday night at ER and it was 288 got my blood taken yesterDAY and it was 462. So not doubling. Both ultrasounds showed nothing... I spot all day long. Last week I had heavy blood for about 6 days. I am scared maybe ectopic? Anyone had something similar happen to them? Scared to death it is ectopic 😭😭😭😭

If it was ectopic, you’d be in excruciating pain.

Yes same thing happened to me. They vacuumed out my uterus and tested the tissue and found no signs of a pregnancy despite my slow rising HCG. I had no pain and had only very light pink and brown spotting. They immediately gave me a shot of methotrexate to stop the pregnancy from growing. It wasn’t untill after my shot I started feeling extreme one sided separation pain and heavy bleeding. The one dose worked and my levels were back down to 0 after a month. I still have both my tubes. My sister also had an ectopic but experienced 0 symptoms right up untill her tube ruptured and she was rushed to the ER. She went on to have two more babies afterwards with one tube.
