Morning sickness relief
Ladies, I need some help. I’m 6 weeks pregnant and constantly nauseated.
I’ve tried ginger tea, peppermint tea and eating small meals throughout the day but nothing seems to be helping. Nothing sounds good to eat and I just don’t have an appetite. When I have been eating it doesn’t make the nausea better.
My doctor prescribed an anti nausea medication but it’s associated with fetal malformations so I’m not taking it.
What have you used that’s helped? Any suggestions are appreciated!
