Day 5 of stims (advice please)

I started follistim 225 units on Monday evening. After four doses of that, I had a an ultrasound and bloodwork this morning. I had 8 follies on one side and 11 on the other. But estrogen was only 273. They increased my follistim to 375 units per evening. Is this normal?? My tentative retrieval is 2/22 and I’m just hoping that this round is successful (don’t we all lol). It’s been almost 1700 days of heartbreak (we are MFI). I just need some success stories or words of encouragement. Thanks in advance!
