I’m going to have a miscarriage... advise?

Hey guys, I just found out today at my 10 week ultrasound that my baby only grew to the size of 6 weeks and it has no heart beat. My doctor said I should have my miscarriage in the next two weeks. Any advice? I don’t know if I’ll be able to tell when the baby comes out? Am I just going to think it’s a blood clot? I need advice guys...
