It’s my son’s first birthday in heaven 💙
Today, one year ago, I gave birth to my beautiful son at 19 weeks and 4 days. Unfortunately he is not with us today but he is with us in spirit on his 1st birthday. It’s hard to understand but I know he’s in the best place.
I love you son. You will always be in our heart. So many ppl loved you then and they still love you now. (We released balloons also in his honor. It took a while for them to fly away 😞).
