How’s it going

So today’s Valentine’s Day and my school has an option where you can buy a rose. People give them out romantically and platonically because the funds go to a charity. Anyways, I got a rose from a friend today, a girl I know is also gay. I wasn’t sure if this was platonic or not so I was very awkward but she just texted me “How’s it going” and I don’t know what to say back. I don’t know if I like her but if she asks me out I’m would probably say yes. Please help. What should I say?
