Relationship ending

Just wanted to vent a little because I can’t sleep. My 7 year relationship ended tonight and I’ll be moving it tomorrow. I have a 17 month old and I’m 7 months pregnant. I feel so alone with no family in town and I know the father of my children will put up the biggest fight when it comes to custody and support. On top of being a single parent of 3( an 8!year old from previous marriage) I will have two babies alone. Please someone tell me I’ll be ok or that you made it through something similar.
