Pregnancy labia pimple

I’m 37 weeks pregnant. I have recently noticed a pimple on my labia. It’s medium size, and every time it pops (me popping it) it bleeds quiet a bit for about 2-3 mins. The blood is bright red and there isn’t any puss or pain with it. I’m not sure what’s going on or who to speak to. Has anyone every had this. I was going to post photos but I don’t wan to upset anyone’s tummy and plus my angles are a bit off because of baby bump heheh !! I don’t even know where to start.. what is this persistent devil that just bleeds red blood and doesn’t hurt. The last time I popped it a ball or red blood came out very bizarre.
