Anyone else have a hard time not messaging or looking up their ex?
I blocked my exes family and his new GF and unfriended him as he was playing games and kept posting about her. It’s been maybe a week since doing so and I almost unblocked everyone just to see what was up, but stayed strong. Heard it takes 27 days to break or form a new habit. I gotta keep reminding myself that this break up happened for a reason and I can’t compare myself to anyone else. My self love and worth isn’t defined by him 💖 baby steps
