Is this the end?

Hi,

I am about 5 weeks pregnant

I had a brown bleed (medium) on Wednesday night with cramping. The following morning i booked an appointment with midwife, she called me up and said it s too early to see anything or find a heartbeat so she assured me brown bleeding is quite normal in most cases, and to go to A&E if pain or bleeding get worse. That day i had no bleeding, maybe just a minor spotting.

Then friday i went out to an indian restaurant and there after eating,cramps started , i thought i am just bloated bcz of the spicy food.

When i came back home i could see again brown bleeding and this morning bright red bleeding, quite heavy, period like bleeding but no cramps.

I think i lost my baby :(
