Ovulation tests and pregnancy

If you’re pregnant, would your ovulation test always be positive?

I’m 11dpo and trying not to take a pregnancy test until after my period is late, so I’ve been taking ovulation tests instead.

Today and yesterday they are completely negative, like the first line is almost gone.

Does that mean a pregnancy test would for sure be negative as well?

I know you can have multiple surges throughout your cycle and an ovulation test can darken before your period, but should I not bother with a pregnancy test if the ovulation tests are still that negative?
