Needing some Guidance

I’m a mother of 5 and my husband works full time. My youngest is 4 and she is not yet in school. I do have a special need kid and need to do a lot of doctor appointments. I really want to go to school to obtain a career job. The only issue is I don’t have child care so would need to do my all studies online. But I also need to consider a field that would be flexible to care for my kids and that will pay well to provide for them. Can someone help me choose a career that works for my size family. I would get child care but that is to expensive and we are on a tight budget. So wouldn’t be able to afford it
