Eczema and Rash

So my little one has some mild eczema. The redness comes and goes and it never gets to the point of weeping. I’ve been using Mustela cream and balm and it seems to help with the redness and dryness. It doesn’t seem to be bothering him? He never scratches even though sometimes he gets a few patches on his face. For the past two days we’ve had this rash with bumps on his back. Is this part of the eczema or is this something completely diff? Again it doesn’t seem to be bothering him. I have an appointment for Monday but was just curious if anyone else has seen this along with eczema? Or if this could be a reaction to something else?
