Does my baby have an allergy?

My son is 8 months old, i started giving baby food at 4 months, vegetables and fruits first, then around 6 months i gave him his first rice cereal , it wasn’t a good experience (he threw up like 6 times) then i decided to give it another try a month later and he did the same thing so i gave up on the cereal. A month ago i have him baby food with fruit mixed with granola in it, and he threw up like 7 times, today i gave him those teethings puffs for the first time, it contained rice wheat in it, he ended up throwing up like 6 times. Is this something i should worry about?
