Depo missed in February last year

Ok guys so you can see I missed my depo in February last year and only since August last year Iv been spotting just for couple days then December I had a bleed for 5 days then felt pregnancy symptoms took test come up vvvfaint then two days later I’d started spotting the. Stoped then started bleed again for 5 day but this time wasn’t just a normal bleed was like brown blood and was on a little and I thinking it stoped till go toilet and I wipe the blood is like their on paper but like stringy wat could this be I’m at my wits with it 😤😤😤😤
