Weird periods after a d&c??

Does this seem normal after d&c?

My regular period before was heavy flow 1-2 days, moderate flow 3-4 days, light on day 5, with brown spotting on day 6 to end it out.

I had a d&c the end of September. My first two cycles were normal flow. Now January and February have been weird. For example:

Day 1: pink spotting/light bleeding

Day 2/3: heavy/moderate bleeding

Day4: brown spotting

Day 5: light bleeding

Day 6: brown spotting

It’s the same length but weird bleeding. That’s just an example of how this month went for me. Is it normal to have two normal cycles and then weird like this? I’m concerned about scarring so my OB is getting an HSG done on me next month. But I’m looking for someone who has been through this??
