Pep smear anxiety
Okay you guys when it’s time for me to get a pep , I can’t relax AT ALL. I be so scared that it might hurt the last time I went to my dr... I couldn’t relax so she couldn’t put it in 😩🥺🤣 how do I relax ??? Does it really hurt 😂😂 I feel so embarrassed to be saying this
