First IUI successes?

I have read so many stories of people who got a BFP after 1 IUI but then lost the baby after a few weeks.  Anyone out there who had 1 IUI and gave birth to their baby?  Let's hear some success stories and spread the hope! ❤

My first IUI baby is now 2years old. It all started with a BFP and getting to the 7week, I started bleeding so I immediately called my nurse and she arranged for me to be at the emergency, had some booster shots and pain medicines because I had severe cramps as well, then I had an ultrasound the next day, everything was okay so I was discharged. 
Again I started bleeding the following week and I rushed to the clinic, had some shots day and night for about 5 days and did some blood works as well. Had an ultrasound again and fetus was intact. All this while I was using progesterone suppository morning and evening and still spotting everyday till my 10th week. Everything stabilized until the 18week when I fainted on my belly and bled so much which I was immediately admitted at the clinic, had an ultrasound and all was well so I was monitored for some few days and then discharged afterwards. 
The pregnancy was from that time on auto pilot and everything was just cruising it’s way to full term. I detected baby was moving at week 38 and 3days so I reported at the emergency and I was monitored for some few hours and was later scheduled for an emergency CS cos baby’s heartbeat wasn’t the best. And there was my adorable angel, so cute and beautiful and very normal. 
That was my first iui and it was successful! Grateful to God for everything for indeed it was all miraculous!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

First time IUI and we’re 16weeks now :)

I am waiting for my hsg test next week then on the iui waiting list, any tips what to do to prepare would be great.
