This is so confusing! Please help!!!
So I BD’d on the 14th. I got a positive opk yesterday (the 15th) but I heard you can BD the next day and be fine so I thought doing it tonight would be best. BUT.. i took an opk this morning and it’s low! Did I miss it? Was I suppose to BD last night? Feedback please !!!😩 Im trying to understand this
