Irregular bleeding

I’m on my third month of birth control and I just completed my first week of the third month. The kind I’m taking still allows me to have periods but it’s usually at the end of the pack. I finished my period at the beginning of my third pack which is normal but these last couple days I’ve been spotting and I’ve never had that happen this much before. It is fresh blood and there’s quite a bit of it and idk if that means I’m pregnant or if I’m having a period when I shouldn’t, or if it is from rougher sex. I don’t think it’s from rough sex because I’m not sore and I haven’t done it that rough in a while. Idk what to do.
