Constipation? Stomach problems?

Question

Has anyone experienced this? My girl has been crying in pain every 10 minutes saying she has to poop, then poops a tiny bit and is fine again until 10 minutes when it happens again. No fever, and eating and drinking water fine. 
She did this a few days ago too but it was diarrhea when she’d poop. Now it’s more solid. 
She did have a stomach bug about 2 weeks ago with just throwing up for a day or so. We haven’t given milk since then and slowly introducing heavier foods. 
Any ideas??

Lots of water and prunes for constipation. The prunes might take a day or two to work. Give 2-4 prunes a day at first, then maybe every other day. They soften the stool. 
Also make sure your tot is getting plenty of fiber in her diet. We give the superfood snack bars by happy tot to my picky girl and they help when she doesn't feel like eating much. They also make a specific beer with extra fiber but it also has added sugar (agave), and the super food one has no added sugar and still 3g of fiber.

My 8 month old has constipation issues. Our Dr. said pears (and even a bit of pear juice) is often more effective than prunes. I figure it would be the same for a toddler. Hope she is feeling better soon!
