Help please

I’m due to ovu on the 20th I’ve been doing ovu tests and had really faint lines my mood ain’t the best and feel really down and emotional and small cramps in the bottom of my stomach I’ve always had a coil in up until a few weeks ago when I check for mc I have a little bit of a white cream and I mean a little bit in my nail could I still get pregnant this cycle or do I need to seek medical help Thanks in advance for all your advice
