Braxton Hicks

I am currently 35+2 and I have had Braxton Hicks most of the day. I did fall twice over the weekend and was checked out both times the first time everything was fine but the second time I fell I went down on one knee and I went and got checked out but while at the hospital while they were watching the baby I started having contractions every four minutes they were not painful just a tightening of my abdomen. They gave me something to stop the contractions and once they had subsided they sent me on my way but two days later they started again. Should I be concerned? I have another appointment tomorrow.
