PCOS. Anyone have it and not on medication?

Has anyone been diagnosed with PCOS and not put on medication? I was told by the fertility doctor that I have it (irregular cycles) and the only medication I have taken would be the letrozal for 5 days when they tell me my body is ready and it helps with ovulation from my understanding. But other than that I am not on any medication.. would love to hear from anyone else! Getting so frustrated we were co firmed pregnant October/September then go back in two days later and numbers weren’t going up so they said it wasn’t a viable pregnancy and after a month or so my body took care of itself. Would love some insight ❤️
