Embarrassing Acne

Okay so it’s kind of embarrassing for me but recently i have noticed that for some reason i have acne on my butt and i don’t know why it’s not something that i have always had. it’s making me self conscious about my body and my butt being seen idk what the cause of it is or how to make it go away it’s starting to cause dark spots from wherever the pimple was. i do have long hair so i thought maybe it’s the conditioner dripping on my back and buttocks i don’t put my hair up in an elastic i just let my hair hang and let the conditioner sit for a bit. i also shower every other day some tips to help make them go away or reasons why it’s happening so i can prevent it from happening any further would be lovely.
