So I’m exactly 3 months pp today and I’m ebf. I will mention that my baby girl sleeps through the night. Today I have lost multiple pieces of a mucus plug. It looked exactly like the one I lost when I was pregnant. But no blood at all. And there was definitely a lot. I was feeling every so slightly crampy. Does this mean my period is coming? Cause I really really don’t want it to. Has anyone else had anything like this?
