Orgasm

I’ve never been able to orgasm and I’ve been masturbating for YEARSSS now. Any tips. I have a vibrator but it doesn’t do much for me. My hand is my best friend but I have never been able to orgasm. There have been several times where I masturbate and I’m arching my back, moaning, eyes rolling back but I NEVER orgasm. What are some things that you ladies have learned that work for you? I forgot to mention that I’ve also tried humping a pillow but it was only amazing the first time I did it but still, no orgasm. Any tips would be great.
