I realized I'm a super incontent person and its starting to effect my relationship because my boyfriend feels like what he does isnt good enough for me and I honestly keep starting fights because I feel like I need more.
I realize this is super toxic behavior and I love him so much. he's legit doing the absolute best he can and I'm being so wishy washy. sometimes I'm so appreciative and sometimes I'm telling him I deserve more.
please someone help me. I do not want to be this way and I  definitely dont want to lose him bc of the way I'm acting 😭

Hi, I’m one of the people that said working on it. Be mindful of your words and attitude. It will help so much! And explaining how you feel only using “I, me” statements. That way it doesn’t feel like you’re attacking him.  I’m in a similar situation sometimes I don’t feel like he’s enough and he knows it so owning that feeling instead of shoving it on him has been helpful. Then finding out what exactly it is I do want and including him in the brainstorming on how to meet those needs.

You should find a counselor. You obviously have some issues that you need to sort out. If you're not content with him you probably wont be with anyone and need to figure out what's going on within yourself before you can be happy with someone else.

Yikes.....you're gonna have to change something. I think a first good step is to tell him you know it's wrong of you.because it is. And its toxic....but it's good you realize that...idk how to tell you to fix it though...other than just force a change in yourself. Only you can do that
