Boobs

So one thing I have noticed since coming off of birth control 4 months ago is that about a week before I ovulate my boobs get the slightest bit itchy, and after I ovulate my nipples tingle LOL, then it all stops when I get my period. When I was younger I would notice them getting sore like most people do... so it’s so odd to me that it has changed to an itchy/tingly feeling! Anyone else notice this? Or something else rather than the usual tenderness that is out of the usual norm?
