Disappointed

So it’s going on almost two years since me and S/O started TTC. But it feels like nothings working no matter what I do I can’t seem to get the positive that I’ve been looking for.. I tried Premana and it helped with my cycle which was irregular at the time. The doctor suggested weight loss which is hard but I’m trying. Also I’m currently trying Gertrol but I’m almost finish with the bottle and no luck. But my period is late this month I may have tested too early but it was negative 🥺 and I’m sad about it. Any advice ?
