Cycle getting shorter?

My cycle is typically 27-29 days and the last couple have been 26, now this one was 24!! Why is it getting shorter?!?

Ovulated on CD 12 then period on 12 dpo

Tips to lengthen literal phase?? It’s been averaging. 13 days but last couple have been 12 and 11. Tips welcome!
