period talk

so i’m a week late on my period according to the app but i’m cramping so bad like i’m on my period??? my bf and i had unprotected sex a couple times but he pulled out and i’ve had so much unprotected sex without getting pregnant i kind of got careless. i’m very confused. if anybody can give me any advice i’d really appreciate it. my cycle did messed up really bad a couple months ago. i started early one month and then nine days late the next month and last month i was like two days late now i’m a week late and im confused. i figured the app is just thrown out of wack from me being so messed up.
