Abnormal ultrasound, normal FISH results

I don’t know where to post this so I’m posting this in a couple forums.

Last week I screened positive as increased risk for Trisomy 18. Went in and had an ultrasound and doctor said baby’s fingers were abnormal, feet may be abnormal, baby measured small, and the skull looked strawberry shaped. We did an amniocentesis to get definite results. Today we got our FISH results which are preliminary - they are normal. So now we’re waiting on our microarray results and karyotype.

I want to be hopeful but the ultrasound results make me so nervous. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM? I don’t want to get my results up just to be disappointed again.
