Sick before BFP? 10DPO

AF 4 days away, I keep thinking “still going to get my period” because We’ve been trying/not preventing for 2 years Atleast on and off. I’m currently sick, stuffy/runny nose, and sore throat.  Has this happened to anyone before?

Yes this was my only sign before my BFP with my son. I was congested and thought I was getting a cold. Also happened to my friend

Nose running and sneezes a lot then my whole boobs killed me!! I got positive when I’m on 11 dpos
