Ok im pregnant with my 2nd my first apt is the 28th my so is a twin like it never skipped a gen in his family n so im having anxiety about twins (i have one set in my family), anxiety about there not being a heart beat when i go and i feel like all i do is eat and sleep but the is my second child his first n it doesnt help he is deployed so i have no one around me so any advice?
