How to get baby to move?

I have an ultrasound tomorrow and there’s a small chance we can find out the gender tomorrow. I was wondering based on your experience what did you eat or drink before and how long before appointment?

Something sweet! This is kind of weird, but A friend told me that for boys, eating something sweet makes their little “thing” stand out 😅 so I drank a lemonade before my gender ultrasound and the tech found his parts immediately! Like I said SUPER weird but it worked

At 22 weeks Apple juice got her going. At 26 weeks she got pissed off at being poked at and I had done the same thing

Chocolate milk 20-30 minutes before and she was wired haha

Anything food or juice... mine never wanted to move and we had a Maternit21 test done before we found out the gender. Now, she MOVES haha.
