help...?

37w1d with my twins. i keep losing chunks of my mucus plug. i just lost a chunk but it came out and went in the toilet before i wiped. i saw it and it had a little tiny bit of blood in it but not a lot. just the piece of my plug was probably about as thick as a plastic straw and there was a strip of blood down the middle of it. should i watch for more blood or call the on call line? i’m not really contracting or anything. just crampy and i have to pee literally every 20-30 minutes.
