Help please

My boyfriend and I were having sex and I’ve run out of my course for the pill and I have a doctors appointment on Friday. Please don’t give me hate I know it was stupid to do it without protection b it I’m really worried. So basically, he didn’t know if he had came or not and I don’t think he did because normally it gets really sensitive and he won’t let me touch it (sorry for TMI). Now I’m scared that I could be pregnant. I’m not in the ovulation week of my cycle as that is next week so I’m just extremely worried.
