Ive never done makeup before (Im 16)
Ive never done makeup before and I want to try especially since those eyeshadow looks look so nice, but I don’t know where to start or what to buy. Is foundation necessary? Can I wear only concealer? Is primer necessary if I were only concealer and maybe mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow? What products full you recommend that aren’t heavy but do the job? What are brow pencils and are they necessary?
