Keep getting sharp twinges in lower left side. Don’t have my usual sore breasts that I normally get about a week out from my period... hoping my temp stays up!! If I started feeling the sharp twinges / pains yesterday, when should I be able to test? In other words, how soon after “implantation” would a test show a vvvvfl??
