Belly button piercing

Hi! I’m 13, I’ll be 14 in 5 months. Recently I’ve really wanted a belly button piercing. (Please don’t tell me I’m too young. I understand I’m young) I know my mom and dad will never go for it but I really want one and I just can’t wait until I’m 18 or older. What do you guys think I should do? (A girl at my school does piercings for 15 dollars btw and I could easily get one. I eventually want one like the picture below. Is there an easy way to hide it? How do I clean it? I just need advice thank you! The girl that does them already did a lot of my friends and they are perfectly fine. No infections or anything. I feel like I’m a lot prettier with piercings and I just want to be confident with my body.
