Does this mean he misses me?

My ex said “we should talk sometime if you’re down for it. it’s been a while.” we broke up amicably but don’t really speak at all because he was my first love and it’s dangerous cause I still have feelings. I just have such much i wanna ask him pertaining to our past relationship and things I wanna tell him about it too because I was so blinded before and just want him to know what he did wrong cause i feel like i let him off too easy. but i don’t because it seems so pointless now cause it happened a while ago now. idk. I miss him though. I want to yell and scream at him and then I just wanna hug him. idk what to do.
