7 months and not sure what to do
I'm stuck at a point where I'm not sure what to do about breastfeeding. We try to fit in 2 purees a day but lately it's been just one in the morning or one at night depending how hungry she is after a bottle. I nurse in the morning because she only nurses when I'm super full, then for most of the day we do formula, then I can sometimes be full enough to feed her at night. She still pulls off if I'm not full enough. It just seems like she isn't interested. We went through a nursing strike a couple weeks ago and I power pumped for her and to keep my supply but it still dipped. I'm not producing much and it takes 12 hours to fill up. I eat all the oats and drink all the Body Armors in the world, I drink bottles upon bottles of water, and I even have noticed lately I've been hungrier than normal so I should be able to produce, I'm just not. When I do pump I get about 4oz per side when I used to get 6+oz per side. Just starting to feel like maybe this is her weaning but she still needs breast milk or formula for a while longer right? I wanted to be able to nurse her until her first birthday and then give her breast milk until she was 2 either nursing or in a sippy cup. I want her to have that benefit but I just don't know what to do now. 😓😭
