I don’t get wet??

So I am 19 and gay and I have been having sex for about two years. Every time I have sex I do not get wet or have anything happen down there. People say I am just not turned on but I am and I have nothing come out or happen. Even when I “climax” nothing happens. Am I broken? Is this normal? I have never gotten wet or had anything come out during or after sex. Why does this happen???
