Carrying baby low .

Hello everyone i had yesterday a Check up and the doctor said im carrying really low and im only 17 weeks pregnant , im freaking out like would i be able to carry this baby to full term maybe i have lifted something heavy and thats the reason , baby was resting head down in my pelvic area maybe thats the reason i have to go 2 bathroom every 5 min cause is pushing my bladder , i had my first daughter kinda the same way she was born 32 weeks very tiny baby but thank's God shes is perfect and turning out pretty tall ( im 5.11 feet and my husband taller) .
