I had that about 5-6 days before my missed period. I got a positive pregnancy test when I was 3-4 days late. 😉

Answer

No way to know unless you get a positive pregnancy test a couple days later. Spotting is spotting, and there's no way to tell if it's from implantation. If it is, take a test in 3 days, and you should get a positive. I had implantation bleeding and tested 3 days later and had a faint positive. I didn't know that's what it was until after I got my positive and realized that's probably why I was spotting.
