So I will watch videos of people being in their dogs face and kissing them and playing with them, and I get so scared that the dog will jump at them and bite them. Which never ends up happening. But about 3-4 years ago there was a time where I was simply petting my dog and giving him attention and he bit me in the face. This happened about 3 more times. Ever since that day I have a big fear of getting my face close to a dog thinking that they will bite me. Also my mom and sister till this day still believe that it was me who purposely annoyed him so that’s why he bit me. Which adds on to my issue because they don’t believe me and think I’m being dramatic. How can I get over this fear?
