Confused!

Hello ladies. So I went to the E.R and they ruled out an ectopic pregnancy. They said they can see a sac on the uterus. They weren't able to say how many weeks am I. Also, I heard the ultrasound techs throw terms like endometriosis and how big is the cyst. It's like a week now of me wiping and there's brown stuff. What can it be? My number didnt rise. It went from 8000 to 11000 in 2 days. Does it mean I'm miscarrying slowly? I remember my first miscarriage was fast. Any opinions? I don't see anyone until March 3. Could the cyst rupture and cause all this idk anymore.
