should i see a doctor

so i’ve been ttc for 16 months and i have regular cycles and everything and i’ve been thinking about seeing a doctor. but i didn’t really start to pin point ovulation with opks and bbt until about 3 months ago. i was ignorantly just going off glows predictions of my ovulation without confirming anything. anyway should i see a doctor or just keep trying more with opk, bbt, etc.???also i started pre seed last month and am thinking about vitex next. any advice would be helpful please!!
