Stressing out

I had my checkup yesterday. I was only 1cm at 39w but my body has been emptying itself out all morning (tmi, I know) and I feel like absolute crap. My husband comes to bed late last night and tells me he has a small fever. No other flu symptoms, just a low grade fever, but he had been home sick with stomach issues all week. Now I am freaking out that I am going to be in labor soon, he is going to be sick and unable to help me at all. And we are going to come home with a new baby and a sick husband all at once. I can’t take care of myself and a sick husband and a baby.
